GBA is retained by the City of Ottawa
to assist with the development, legal, financial and heritage components
of the $250 million Lansdowne Park Transformation Project.
Features:
- Revitalization of Frank Clair Stadium;
- Introduction of new retail opportunities;
- Renewal of existing operations that fit programming such as
the Ottawa Farmer’s Market;
- Greening of the site and new community uses of the park; and
- Preservation of historical buildings
GBA Leadership:
Working with the City Manager’s office, under direction by City Council,
GBA is leading project discussions between the City of Ottawa and
Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group which include all aspects
of the site’s revitalization, such as programming, parking, transportation,
transit and liaison with the National Capital Commission and Park’s
Canada to ensure compliance as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
